Q: What type of report should I expect?

A: There are so many different aspects to the pool that we consider, and every pool is different. Because of these differences, we have designed and copywritten our report format so we don't ever miss any of the consistent important aspects of the pool. The report is submitted in a sentence structure, not a check-list. We not only point out the deficiencies, but also discuss what and how to fix the problems. There are times when we see that something to make the pool easier to operate, is missing. We might mention that this item is not absolutely necessary but highly recommended. Other items might be so important that it is stated that the pool should not be used until that item is remedied. Our job is to protect your money, help you determine what needs to be done to make the pool safe, dependable and relatively easy to operate.
